Family First

Romans 8:14-17 Lately, I have been contemplating family. Mine has always been close, then in the last 5 years, we lost our Father and Mother. Although I know they are with Jesus, I often wish they were here with me. As a family unit, we remain strong - my brothers, sister, and I still stand together taking care of one another. Not Enough Time in A Day

"See then that you walk circumspectly, not as fools but as wise, redeeming the time, because the days are evil." Ephesians 5:15-16  How many time have you heard someone say - there simply isn't enough time in a day to get everything done? How many times have YOU said it? No matter who you are or where you come from or what you do for a living, we all have been given the same amount of time in a day. There are twenty-four hours, 1,440 minutes, and 86,400 seconds in a day to be precise. We all experience the constraints of time - it is the most important commodity we possess. I used to whine to my Mother about needing more than 24 hours in a day. One time she turned to me and asked, "What would you do with more time?" Okay so now I ask, what would we do with more time in a day? Work? Clean the house? Run errands? Tend the gardens? Hmmm...So what would Jesus do with His time? Yes I went there - what would Jesus do?  Let's see, Jesus walked from place to place ...
